NOTE: If you are receiving an "invalid session ID" error in red text above, that is likely due to an expired cookie on your browser from a previous ILLiad session. If using the "start a new ILLiad session" link above does not alleviate the problem, please perform the following steps:
- if receiving this message after clicking on an ILL request link, copy the URL of the page containing the desired citation and the "request book/copy via Interlibrary Loan" link before proceeding
- close all instances of your web browser, and start a fresh browser session
- log into the libraries website with your university credentials
- click on the My ILL link under the "Quick Links" section to proceed to ILLiad
If you are able to reach the ILLiad menu page after following the above steps, you can then navigate to the URL that you copied in step one above, and use the link therein to generate an ILL request. If you are NOT able to reach the ILL interface and thus are still arriving at this page, try clearing your browser cache/cookies before closing and reopening the browser.
If the above link and instructions do not help to establish a new ILLiad session (and you are continually directed back to this page), please contact library personnel so they can create/modify your ILLiad account or investigate further.
